RAND designed and administered an extensive repair and replacement program at
the Empire Condominium based on the findings of its Physical Condition Survey Report.
Terraces and balconies throughout the building underwent extensive repairs.
The repair program included the pump and lighting for
the courtyard fountain and the surrounding parapet walls.
