Scope of Work:
- Replacement of terra cotta units with glass-fiber-reinforced concrete on Gothic facade.
- The glass-fiber reinforced concrete matched the original white terra cotta and retained the facade's distinctive historical character and quality at far less cost than terra cotta replacement.
- Rebuilt deteriorated parapet.
- Replaced brick and repointed mortar joints.
- Installed new steel framing for vertical mullions.
- Refurbished fire escape.
