Air distribution system: ductwork, volume dampers, control dampers,
access doors, and louvers.
Three air conditioning units for general office space, front
offices, and server room, each with setback digital thermostats.
Diffusers, grilles, and registers.
Fans, vapor seals, and insulation.
Electrical:
Wiring, risers, conduits, junction boxes, and hangers and supports.
Service disconnect switches and circuit breaker load centers.
Lighting fixtures.
Plumbing/Fire Protection:
Domestic hot water heater and hot and cold branch piping to
kitchen and bathrooms.
Sanitary and vent piping.
Cast-iron finned-tube steam radiators.
Sprinkler heads, heat sensors, and strobe lights for fire-alarm
system.
Expediting:
Obtained Department of Buildings Work Permits.
