Intricate terra cotta ornamentation on the north facade was restored with glass-fiber reinforced concrete.

Highlights:
HVAC:
  • Replacement of terra cotta units with glass-fiber-reinforced concrete on Gothic facade.
 
  • The concrete, which matched the original white terra cotta, retained the facade's distinct historical character and quality at far less cost than terra cotta replacement.
 
  • Rebuilding of deteriorated parapet.
 
  • Brick replacement and repointing.
 
  • New steel framing for vertical mullions.
 
  • Refurbishment of fire escape steel.
